Patchwork Spring Baby Rag Blanket
Woooweee...I don't offer these very often so grab it while you can. This is a supa soft flannel rag baby blanket. The flannel is from a high quality quilt shop and the price of the fabric alone $$$ isn't cheap. I started by cutting each square using my rotary cutter, mat, and staright edge for a nice even cut. I then took two pieces at a time and stitched them in an X, then stitched the rows, and the row by row created this blanket. I also have warm and natural (cozy type of batting) between each square to give it a quality feel and look this is something you won't find in most of the rag blankets. After the blanket was complete I then hand snipped each square to give it the frayed/rag look. Finally, I washed it once to fray it further. This whole process takes tons of time. Hours and hours went into this blanket.
I love the spring colors on this blanket. Pinks, yellows and green. A variety of different flannels as well. Some have bunnies, sheep, flowers, and simple dots all perfect for the sweet newborn in your life. What a perfect baby gift, baptism/christening gift, or simply a precious gift to your own sweet baby. Heirloom quality and can be cherished for years.
